蜂窝缓冲包装纸

所谓缓冲包装，又叫做防震包装，是为了防止产品损坏，有必要尽量减少外力的影响。所谓缓冲包装是指为了减缓内部物体的冲击和振动，保护其免受损坏而采取的一定保护措施的包装。那么，或许会有人问包装中的缓冲蜂窝包装的包装方法哪些? 一、包装分类缓冲包装常见的包装方法一般分为（局部缓冲包装）和（全面缓冲包装），如果根据功能划分，是根据产品包装需求而定，被分为（轻度缓冲）和（重型缓冲） 1、全面缓冲方法是指在产品和外包装之间用缓冲材料填充满;局部缓冲方法是指只在产品的四角或关键部位放置缓冲材料 2、轻质缓冲方法是指在产品和外包装之间用两条缓冲材料打十字进行填充分隔，以保证在运输过程中，路途颠簸，从外包装传过来的冲击力在到达产品接触面前，已经因为缓冲材料分隔而减小，从而起到保护产品的效果。 3、而重型缓冲纸在产品和外包装之间用把缓冲材料弯曲卷成团，进行填充放入另外，两种常见的缓冲包装材料是泡沫塑料和纸类缓冲包装，泡沫塑料虽具有重量轻、易加工、保护性能好、适应性广、价格便宜、质量好等优点，但也存在体积大、废弃物不能自然风化、焚烧处理产生有害气体等缺点。而纸类缓冲包装材料采用的是一种可降解和回收利用的包装材料，有较高的环保性。是以原生牛皮纸为基础的纸质进行加工处理，可根据不同包装需求，把牛皮纸通过机器刀片进行分切，通过成型设备制作成缓冲蜂窝纸。裁切不同规格尺寸，拉升后成蜂窝状，从而达到缓冲保护效果。还可根据不同产品，不同包装需求卷不同的层次数量、不同厚度、不同大小的缓冲包装材料。
